Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to payments made through the Asroi platform operated by Asroi Technologies (asroi.in). By completing a booking or payment on Asroi, you agree to the terms below.

2. Booking Cancellation Within 24 Hours

If you cancel a booking from the Asroi app within 24 hours of booking confirmation, you are eligible for a FULL refund of amounts paid at booking, including:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• First month rent paid at booking
• Security deposit
• Agreement fee (₹149)
• Any other booking-related charges collected at checkout

3. Cancellation After 24 Hours

If you cancel after 24 hours from booking confirmation:

• Agreement fee (₹149) — NO refund
• Booking commission (₹299, landlord) — NO refund
• First month rent and security deposit — refunded within 7 business days, subject to landlord approval and no active dispute

4. Cancellation Policy

The following rules apply to all bookings on Asroi:

• Bookings can be cancelled from the Asroi app within 24 hours of booking for a full refund of eligible amounts (see Section 2).
• After 24 hours, cancellation through the app is not permitted; contact support@asroi.in for exceptional cases.
• In case of dispute between tenant and landlord regarding cancellation or refunds, contact support@asroi.in with your booking reference and payment details.

5. Rent Payments

Monthly rent payments made through Asroi are non-refundable once successfully paid and transferred to the landlord, except where required by law or where we determine a processing error occurred. Disputes must be reported to support@asroi.in within 7 days of the payment date.

6. Security Deposit

Security deposits are held by the landlord. Upon vacating the property, the landlord will refund the deposit within 30 days, subject to property condition, outstanding dues, and the terms of your rental agreement. Asroi may assist with communication but does not guarantee deposit return timelines.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account used at checkout). Actual credit times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@asroi.in with your registered email, booking ID, reason for the request, and payment receipt or transaction ID. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
